💛 Love-It-or-Return-It — 30 Days

Try SkyCosi at home for 30 days from delivery. If it isn’t a fit, return it,  no hard feelings.

Return window
• You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.

Eligibility (must be met for a full refund)
• Item is undamaged, clean, and in resalable condition.
• All components are returned (see checklist below).
• Original packaging is included (bags, inserts, cables, manuals).

Return shipping
• Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Use any carrier you prefer.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable.

How to start a return
1) Email skycosicanada@gmail.com with your order number.
2) We’ll reply within 1 business day with the return address and packing tips.
3) Ship the item back within 7 days of our reply and keep your tracking number.

Refund timing & method
• Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• If any components are missing or the item is returned used/damaged, we’ll notify you and may issue a partial refund.

Component checklist
• Daily Visual Scheduler Kit: board + all magnets/cards + pouch + hanging strap.
• Visual Emotion Cards: full card set + storage pouch.
• Hexagon Touch Lights: all light panels + connectors + USB cable + adhesive/mounting accessories (if unused) + manual.
